Description

We are looking for a Jira/HDC consultant (m/f/d).

At the end of the year the support for Jira (from Atlassian) in the server version will expire. Therefore, we want to migrate to Jira Data Center (Jira DC).

In the project, the service, operation and installation concept is to be reconsidered. In order to bundle these points, a central project management was installed on the one hand. The function described here is to provide technical support to the project management and to help objectify concepts and decision templates in the event of conflicts.

Start: ASAP

Volume: Part-time as well as full-time possible

Place of Performance: Remote

– Leverage new features to enable high availability. The issue of load balancing on the web and database side is to be addressed here.

– A 24/365 service desk is to be established. The day periods outside Europe are to be taken over by external service providers.

– Expansion and systematization of the client concept already in place today for further group subsidiaries.

– Solid knowledge of Jira DC application administration.

– Knowledge of Atlassian’s product strategy plans in the areas of cloud, add-ons, etc.
