Description

– Project location: remote

– Prerequisite: at least 15 years of relevant professional experience.

– Implementation of integration and migration projects on the digitization platform; the implementation is done in close coordination with the project management and the product owner

– Advising the project management as well as the product owner with technical expertise and experience on IT architectures

– Communication with the stakeholder groups involved and moderation of deadlines

– Fine conception, planning and implementation of all measures to provide the required integration components of the digitization platform

– Consulting during the creation of requirements

– Analysis of technical components, interfaces as well as technical challenges in the architecture/application landscape

– Analysis, modeling and documentation of processes as well as information and data flows within the IT application landscape

– Support of the enterprise architect in the execution of tasks for the implementation of the Governikus Multimessenger

– Support for the Enterprise Architect (identification of further customer requirements and further areas of application for the Governikus Multimessenger)

– Coordination of test cases between the test manager and the operating areas or test users

– Administration of the IT components

– Creation of a data security concept and compliance monitoring of legal requirements

– Taking over the end customer support

– Follow-up on all activities not yet finalized in the subject matter area

REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 15 years of relevant work experience

– Good knowledge of IT application landscapes/technical standards of public administration (XÖV) as well as basic technologies used (electronic identities/service accounts, electronic signatures)

– Experience and knowledge in the creation, implementation and further development of IT architectures (e.g. TOGAF or similar)

– Understanding of the creation, implementation and further development of IT architectures

– Experience and knowledge of developing and implementing a DevOps environment

– Experience in analysis, modeling and documentation of processes and data flows according to BPMN and FIM

– Experience in the area of system integration as well as conception and coordination of interfaces

– Knowledge and experience in the use of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)

– German spoken and written at C2 level
