Description

– Business process analysis and business process consulting for ServiceNow modules

– Architecture management and consulting for the cloud solution ServiceNow

– Methodical consulting and technical support for the implementation with ServiceNow

– Analysis of actual states and elaboration of target states within the ServiceNow platform

– Consulting and evaluation of business requirements

– Technical support and consulting in the creation of IT solution architectures

– Consulting and technical support of the technical project manager

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

– >1 project in architecture consulting, analysis and digitalization on ServiceNow Cloud technology.

– 3 years of experience in architecture consulting and implementation of ServiceNow solutions

– Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

– Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week

– Service provision takes place at a location of choice in Germany (remote)
