Role: Front-end developer with architectural experience (gn)

Location: Remote

IFP (Infrastructure Timetable Platform) is the tool for consistent timetable planning in terms of time and space

We want to work together:

* Create a basis for new technologies in timetable construction

* Central platform for timetable creation with shared basic functionalities

* Create a single point of truth for timetable data

* With specialized tools for the respective timetable phases

* Combining automatic and manual timetable creation

* Supporting the transition from design engineer to capacity manager

The project includes the following activities:

* Support and conception, development and optimization of complex, innovative software solutions in the front-end architecture area using the latest technologies and agile approaches

* Development of a software solution to implement customer-specific requirements

* Development of a replacement strategy for several existing systems, i.e. development of solution options to get from the current state to the target state

* Advice on the creation of IT, solution and enterprise architecture

* Definition of target states and development of the architectural vision

* Data analysis and cleansing

* Define and evaluate process-related workflows

* Risk detection and assessment as well as identification of possible mitigations

*’Documentation of technical solutions

* Consideration of the technical architecture with regard to the feasibility of the technical requirements

* Recording and evaluation of technical debts

* Creating, estimating and planning user stories and features in accordance with the SAFe process model

Requirements and tasks:

* At least 5 years of experience in front-end architecture of web applications with large amounts of data (> 1 million data points) using React and building automated front-end build systems

* 5 years of practical development experience in Typescript

* 2 years of practical experience in using the test tool Jest

* 3 years of practical experience in JavaScript with the next.js framework and CSS
