Description

Fulltime, remote

Responsibilities:

– Control and monitoring of service agreements and contracts

– Initiation of control measures, especially in case of escalation

– Execution of regular performance reviews with the customers of the assigned

– customer segment and the operational units involved.

– Technical support in incident, problem and change management (analyzing, resolving and

documenting corresponding tickets)

– technical support in the elimination of specific security and compliance gaps / errors

(analyzing, correcting and documenting the corresponding gaps) and the further development to their

sustainable avoidance

– Technical support in the automation of operational processes (infrastructure and application operation)

– Technical support for the extension of the architecture of application and/or platform-side

operating and administration components for the used AWS infrastructure and applications running on it

– Documentation of work results for subsequent use

– Technical support for release activities (also outside normal working hours: Release activities:

Sundays 06-10 and Tuesdays 05-07 (each up to 4 times per year) ).

– If needed, support for on-call activities (outside usual working hours weekdays 18-07, weekends

all day.

– Attend project specific meetings: e.g., technical. Retro, Review, Refinement and Planning.

Must-Requirements:

– Demonstrated experience in the initiation and commercial execution of projects.

– Very good knowledge in agile project management (SCRUM and Kanban) and IT service management (ITIL v3 and

2011)

– Demonstrable experience with configuration and operation in AWS of Networking (VPC + Multi AZ), EC2,

Autoscaling

Target Requirements:

– Demonstrable experience of successfully operating in challenging project and customer environments.

– Deployment experience in application4 years of hands-on project experience operating in an EVU.

– Proven experience with Infrastructure Automation and Continuous Delivery, Delivery Pipeline

– Knowledge with configuration and operation of a Java application server (JBoss)
