Your services will be provided for the Market-2-Cash. This has the following content:

DB Systel currently distributes 2,800 different products, resulting in nearly 3 million transactions annually

are generated. The service portal – as a store for selling DB Systel’s services – as well as PSC for controlling

the provisioning process, are so outdated that there is a risk that they may

that they cannot continue to be operated in the short term.

The Market-2-Cash implementation network currently comprises 8 thematic teams working to mitigate this business risk

The role advertised here is within the Migration Control theme team. As topic team

migration control, we will ensure a targeted migration of all products of DB Systel that can be sold in the service portal

of DB Systel into the new solution.

Your services:

? Analysis of actual and target states for migration groups

? Visualization and preparation of the analysis results as a working basis for the migration project ?

Team

? Definition of workflows and processes for migration groups

? Creation of development specifications for further processing, e.g. for Service Now Developer

? Development of solution approaches in case of impediments and coordination of these with stakeholders and

within the migration team

? Participation in the development of the necessary test cases with product managers and testers in the context of

within the framework of Test-Driven Development

Must-Requirements:

– At least 6 years of experience in IT projects with focus on processes Order-2- Cash and/or Order-2-.

Fulfillment

– Experience in at least 2 projects in a very complex environment to implement ServiceNow while replacing

a legacy solution

– At least 6 years of proven practical experience in the role of Business Analyst and/or Product Owner

in migration projects in complex software environment

– Fluency in written and spoken German

Target Requirements:

– A high level of communication skills to deal with change processes

– Very good and repeatedly field-tested skills in moderation

– Proven problem solving/work organization know-how in scaled agile environment

– Knowledge of internal business models and direct sales processes in group environments

– Experience in project management
