Description

Your services will be provided for the IPS project. This has the following content:

Currently there is a heterogeneous system environment in planning and execution for traction units (Tfz),

train drivers (Tf) and local staff with an equally heterogeneous IT architecture of the applications.

There are numerous, partly manual interfaces between the systems. In addition, there are multiple

in operational management and (further) development due to the

The goal is to implement an integrated solution for the planning and execution of resources in order to cover all

current phases (long-term, short-term planning and scheduling incl. history).

– Implementation of an integrated, standardized software across all planning and execution states for

the production resources of DB Cargo (motor vehicles, train drivers, local personnel).

– Shutdown and thus complete replacement of defined inventory procedures.

– Due to functional/structural changes by TAF-TSI compliant path ordering (POMaS) the

implementation has a fixed date of 13/14.12.2025.

The service provider will provide the following services independently and self-organized. At DB Cargo this is

tool-bound (e.g. JIRA Board):

– Prioritization of the project/product services to be implemented in the backlog, preparation of release plans in

with stakeholders and client

– Preparation of planning and effort calculations

– Analysis and documentation of issues and problems to identify risks in the project

– Developing and evaluating options for action to ensure the success of the project objectives (esp. time, scope and

budget) and to avoid/reduce risks

– Coordinate the options, bring about decisions by the client and monitor the implementation of the measures.

Must-Requirements:

– Several years of experience in project management (project planning, project control, project controlling) with

an agile approach

– Several years of proven practical experience in managing development teams in the environment of the

Quintiq platform

Target Requirements:

– Confident use of JIRA and Confluence, as well as Microsoft tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Independent and structured way of working, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
