Tasks:

The tasks in the area of requirements management include the following activities as examples:

– Gathering and preparing requirements with the relevant technical experts

– Documentation of requirements

– Development of specifications for compliance with accessibility and usability and the associated mask design

– Creation and evaluation of functional test cases to check the development results

– Maintenance of the technical detailed concepts (FFKs)

The following results are expected as examples:

– Detailed functional concepts

– process documentation

– Mask design drafts

Your profile / skills:

– Extensive and profound knowledge and experience with

IT application systems in the context of eGovernment in education administrations, in particular in the administrative areas of schools of all school types

– Extensive and well-founded knowledge of those involved in the school system (schools, school supervisory authorities, districts, …) with regard to the requirements for school management software.

– Extensive experience and knowledge in the eGovernment environment, which is characterized by the implementation of administrative software, the accompanying evaluation systems and the necessary infrastructure.

– In-depth knowledge and experience in the application of BITV 2.0 and implementation of EU Directive 2016/2102.

– Utilization: Full-time
