The product will be integrated with our retail client’s self-checkout solutions. The product is based on artificial intelligence and detects non-scanned items to support a smooth customer service in the checkout process.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between our customers and our country organizations in the preparation, planning, execution and completion of international rollout programs. Together with the account team, our delivery units and partners, you will ensure effective and efficient implementation of the programs. You will also work on various improvement projects to standardize, optimize and automate sales and delivery processes.

Tasks:

– In this role, you will support the team and our international customer on rollout projects.

– You will support the design of end-to-end processes for our global delivery units.

– You will be part of the execution of all planning, preparation, provisioning, transportation, on-site installation and disposal tasks for all customer sites during the rollout process.

– Analyze and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and implement process improvements.

Required Skills:

– Project management experience, ideally a project management certification.

– Experience in rollout management recommended.

– Strong team and customer orientation as well as independent and proactive work ethic.

– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

– Broad basic knowledge of information technology.

– Organizational, networking, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.

– Fluent English German skills.
