Business Analyst (m/w/d)

Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

– Control and technical support of the business processes (B2B processes) by inventory, support and documentation of proposals for optimizations.

– Business analysis and consulting for the implementation of requirements in the B2B ER2S IT landscape or other proprietary tools and systems that may be defined in the course of the projects. Performing requirements management through inventory, identification and documentation of needs.

– Consulting the departments in the business unit, as well as organizing meetings and subsequent documentation.

– Participation in the conception and further development of the project portfolio, taking into account the requirements from the departments involved. Participation in the further development and maintenance of the application portfolio.

– Presentation of results in Scrum meetings (planning, refinement, reviews) and estimation of user stories based on E.ON’s specifications and guidelines.

– Documentation of the results and presentation to the customer for a release.

– Establishment and management of repositories for developments by administration and documentation of the results.

– Technical consulting of the concerned departments for the product launch. Planning and execution of the commissioning of the developments.

– Use of the necessary tools for development and documentation (Jira, Confluence, Miro).

– Creation of documentation on quality assurance measures digitally with use of common tools (Confluence, Jira, Miro, Word and Excel), example creation of test concepts, test scripts and plans.

– Consulting on proposed solutions and measures for quality assurance e.g. through controlling and reporting.
