Description

We are looking for a Consultant in the Public environment (m/f/d).

Creation of a technical system landscape for the implementation of once-only data exchange in Germany as well as cross-border within the EU. The goal is a modern, networked registry structure in which data exchange is data protection compliant and secure.

Consulting on process management:

Consulting on the introduction of process management

Strategy consulting:

Development of digital and specialist strategies

Review and consulting on further development of corporate strategy or office/service

Development of vision/goal and mission statements

Identifying and analyzing trends in the administrative context

Consulting on the implementation of framework conditions

Consulting on change management:

Survey of change potentials

Development of a target picture

Concept development (strategy, procedure model, evaluation model, communication)

Coaching to build up know-how

Development of an overall action plan

Consulting on requirements management:

Requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops or other formats

Analysis, prioritization and documentation of the elicited requirements

Evaluation of the requirements and derivation of recommendations for action

Workshops are held with the client or third parties to perform the services

Mission clarification:

Environment analysis / identification of framework conditions

Stakeholder analysis

Target definition with client or end customer

Requirements analysis

Effort estimation (budgeting)

Conceptual design:

Execution of target/actual analysis (evaluation)

Concept development and documentation for the above-mentioned objective

Requirement comparison for feasibility (coordination with requester and provider)

Consulting:

Consulting on the above-mentioned areas during the development and implementation phase

Progress and deviation monitoring

Re-evaluation of the concept being implemented

Methodological consulting on tools for development/implementation.

Completion:

Documentation/reports

Evaluation of the project result

Final discussion

Other notes:

For IT security reasons, a notebook – managed by the customer – will be provided.
