Infrastructure Architect – Configuration Management (m/f/d)

Description

Location: Remote

Tasks:

Design, plan and coordinate the architecture of infrastructure designs for services deployed on virtual machines

Deployed services such as PostgreSQL, sFTP, Ansible, etc.

Designing the design for seamless switchover during Openshift major updates („blue-green-

deployment“)

Design and organization firewall network object groups

Moderation and preparation of weekly exchange meetings

Interface and collaboration in the AG architecture strategy

Conception of backup and restore for basic services in the project environment

Requirements:

Very good knowledge in the setup and operation of IT systems in a complex infrastructures

Experience in setting up and operating IT applications on complex infrastructures

Comprehensive knowledge of different platforms and IT infrastructures as well as components

Several years of experience in consulting for customers in the public sector

Experience from IT projects in the data center environment

Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL in the areas of change, problem and

incident management

Ideally knowledge of or interest in the areas of DevOps / CI /CD and Openshift/Kubernetes
