Overview
Description
In the future, the Digital Project Management platform will form the IT basis for end-to-end digital processing of infrastructure construction projects, which are predominantly handled using the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling). The focus of the development is on simplifying project work for infrastructure construction projects. Users of the PDPM will primarily be project managers and employees of the contracting railroad infrastructure companies (EIUs). The design of the PDPM should be clearly oriented towards the benefits for the users and the requirements of the project business. The technical implementation is based on the collaboration platforms Microsoft M365 and Autodesk Platform Services.
KEY SERVICE COMPONENTS
– Consulting and technical support of the technical PDPM project manager
– Control of the technical design of the PDPM
– Consulting and technical support in planning and controlling the future technical operation
– Technical support:
– of the project management by controlling and reporting the requirements elicitation
– in controlling the implementation of the functional requirements
– ensuring the functional integration of PDPM into the system landscape
– in ensuring the cooperation of the PDPM with the business departments
– in managing the integration of pilot projects and users
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
– Proven project management expertise (traditional and agile): PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA certification and Scrum Master or SAFE certification.
– 3 years knowledge of construction processes especially BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE).
– 3 years knowledge in digitalization of construction processes based on Microsoft M365
