Description
We are looking for a (Junior) IT Assistant for requirements analysis (m-w-d).

In the context of a project definition phase, the analysis of a web-based innovation and idea management system,

to gain knowledge about migration requirements of the as-is system(=IT-process), functional and

non-functional requirements of a follow-up system, as well as technical implementation options.

Internal and external campaigns (online platform for the generation of ideas by customers) are to be

be mapped (AI-supported) in an IT application in the future.

The core element of the contract is the monitoring and support of the project:

Preparation, execution and follow-up of work and results meetings with the client.

Editorial quality assurance of prepared documents for topicality, plausibility and completeness.

Support services are required, among other things, for:

– Coordination within the order

– Preparation of documentation and (results) presentations

– Planning and implementation of necessary formats (process and scheduling)

– Organization, moderation and follow-up of workshops, appointments, also with customer-internal experts

– Documentation of work results (writing and preparation of milestones)

The focus of this call-off relates to appropriate editorial methodological knowledge.

In-depth knowledge in the government environment is desired for the desired service.

IT Assistant Requirements Analysis / Concept

Qualified, committed graduates and students at the beginning of their professional career in various applicable fields (mainly computer science, business informatics and economics from the 4th semester).
