The project has the following content:

Migration of lines/sites from old Vodafone products to new Vodafone products or migration to own infrastructure as a basis for the digitalization of the group with

the following main topics:

? Order includes the migration of approx. 2,000 locations/lines.

? Within the scope of the project, process excellence will be professionalized and provided together in teams of different disciplines, as well as being the responsibility of the team.

? Development of new migration processes and the associated IT-supported tools.

? Establishment of future-proof processes in order to shorten the migration time and to achieve a high degree of automation.

2 Subject of the contract

The service provider shall provide the following services:

? Methodical support of the customer in program management

? Contribution to program controlling

? Project planning and target-oriented project planning of the individual components

? Establishment of key figures for controlling and measuring the success of the project

? Coordination and control of the project team in subproject 2 as well as the cooperation of

Must:

Min. 5 years of experience in large-scale (IT) projects with different process models (agile, classic – waterfall, VModel etc.).
