SAP S4/HANA Senior Cutover Manager (m/w/d)

-In lead to of recording and coordination of cutover (golive) activities of all involved parties (SAP Program, already productive live environments like WMS, Webshop, Kafka, etc., business departments)

-Preparation and execution of workshops on cutover topics

-Recording priorities, critical system loads and planning of activities during cutover.

-Recording of activities to be performed in the cutover phase by the involved teams

-Responsible of introduction and ongoing maintenance of the cutover plan (cutover cookbook)

-Preparation and execution of training sessions on the use of the cutover plan

-Creation of the consistent cutover plan together with e.g. product developments, migration stream, release management

-Organize coordination meetings to clarify deadlines and dependencies of planned activities of the involved parties incl. Operational support for the execution of the activities in the cutover phase:

-setting up and managing cutover dailies, status reporting, obstacle removal preparation and execution of acceptance and escalation meetings with the program management and other stakeholders

-Responsible for reporting and regular reporting on the cutover status, both in the planning phase and in the subsequent cutover process phase

Unsere Anforderungen:

Competencies (must have)

>Longterm experience as Cutover Manager for S/4Hana Greenfield implementation

>Experience in using Jira, Confluence

Soft-Skills (must have)

>Self-organized and self-motivated to get things done

>Hands-on mindset

>Strong communication skills

Language:

>English: Must have (Project language is English)

>German: Big plus
