Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) Focus Green House Gas Accounting (GHG)

Project volume: Full time

Project location: Remote
Green House Gas Accounting (GHG) – Scope 3 . The project aims to implement a software for future GHG reporting including the interface to import data from source systems.

Tasks:

– Preparation of a detailed project plan for the implementation of the software for future GHG reporting.

This includes planning of work packages and definition of processes, team members, risks, goals, time frames and milestones. The preparation is based on own technical expertise and the information and criteria/requirements provided in advance by the customer. Documenting the project plan and presenting to the client for approval.

– Coordinate and manage the project and work packages based on the previously defined and created project plan.

– Preparation of monthly status report and organization of PSC meetings and presentation to client for approval.

– Documenting the concepts and filing them in the MS Team Channel for the project and presenting the concepts to the Solution Owner and Business Owner. The customer uses the results to further detail the implementation.

– Performing tests based on the pre-developed solutions and concepts to identify bugs. Documenting and fixing the errors based on own technical expertise.

– Providing technical advice to the solution architect on data integration into the new software.

– Verification that the previously defined work packages have been completed. Documentation of the results for final presentation to the customer via MS Teams.
