Your tasks will include:

– Creation of solution and service concepts (solution blueprint) according to service

Qualification requirements:

1. knowledge in the use of relevant tools: Word, Excel, Project, Outlook

2. knowledge in tools for process modeling with BPMN or EPK: ARIS, Sparx or comparable

3. certification in IT service management: ITIL Foundation or higher

4. knowledge in at least one relevant architecture framework: TOGAF, NAF, ADM, TÜV

or comparable (certificate or self-declaration)

5. knowledge of BSI basic protection catalogs: BSI Basic Protection

Experience Requirements:

1. planning / conceptual design as well as consulting services related to active LAN/WAN/TK

infrastructure especially unified communication

2. planning / conceptual design as well as consulting services regarding IT service development processes – ITIL framework

3. experience in the public sector environment: federal ministries, federal authorities as well as subordinate areas
